Finding Out About Sinking and Floating

Jordan, Sara, Silva, Kane, Jazmin, Syun and Ramanaia are testing objects to find out if they will sink or float.
We predicted that the heavy things will sink and the light things will float.
After testing our prediction we found out that most of the things that floated were plastic, and most of the things that sank were metal.
Jazmin asked an interesting question: "Why do boats float because they are very heavy?" We are going to find out. We will keep you posted.
