The Enormous Crocodile

Mrs S has been reading us "The Enormous Crocodile" by Roald Dahl. We think he is a very mean and nasty crocodile. We have been painting our own enormous crocodiles this week, and today we made up stories about our crocodile paintings. Here are just some of them...
My crocodile is called Locky. He eats little children. He hides in the bush so he can catch children. He is a naughty crocodile. He is a bad crocodile. Kane
My crocodile is Green Lily. She likes to eat strawberries. She is green. She is so pretty. It's my favourite crocodile in the whole world. Olivia
My crocodile is Zed. I like my crocodile. It eats marshmallow ice cream. Lucas
My crocodile's name is Spily. My crocodile likes to ride a bike and climb trees. My crocodile likes to eat coconuts. He likes to have a watch. My crocodile likes to wear clothes. His favourite clothes are shorts and a t-shirt and a hoody. He likes to eat whales and dolphins and sharks. He is very long and scary. He is very fat. He likes to eat big dinosaurs and little dinosaurs too. Connor
My crocodile's name is Crocky. My crocodile likes to eat fish and berries. My crocodile is a boy. He is a nice crocodile. He takes swimming lessons. He is a baby crocodile. That's why he only eats fish and berries. He doesn't like little children. Jazmin
My crocodile is called Enormous Crocodile. My crocodile likes to eat people. It likes to play hide and seek. He charges into things and he likes to chase Pteradons and little dinosaurs and big dinosaurs too. He climbs too. Oliver
My crocodile's name is Snappy. Snappy is a boy and Snappy likes me because I give him a hug. Snappy is a nice crocodile because he doesn't bite you. Snappy likes to eat marshmallow biscuits dipped in chocolate. He is green and he likes to eat wood chips too. Shay

You children are lucky to be reading such a cool story. It was one of my favorites when I was at school!
