We planted broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, coloured silverbeet and tat soy in our garden this week. Now all we need is some sunshine to help them grow - have you seen any?

Welcome to Room H3 at North East Valley Normal School. We are a class of fabulous Year 2 children. Mrs Sintmaartensdijk is our teacher. There are 11 girls and 10 boys in our class.
North East Valley is in Dunedin, which is a city in the lower half of the South Island in New Zealand.

I hope we find the sun...I am starting to think we blinked and missed summer and autumn! Perhaps all of your planting will encourage the sun to come back!!
I am so excited to see you planting your garden room 10. Room 2 gardeners need to have a big tidy up in our garden. We are growing pumpkins, I hope we get enough pumpkins to make tasty soup!
