Our shared book last week was called Ratty Tatty Cat. We painted Ratty Tatty Cats, and now we are learning to write stories with cats in them. Here is Eva's story that she wrote today...
One day, Sam the cat was playing outside. Suddenly a big brown dog chased Sam up a big green and brown tree. Then her owner said, 'Come down! Come down!' But she fell down and then her owner picked her up and she was safe.

We love the way Eva has a problem in her story and then the problem is fixed at the end of the story.

Wow guys - I saw those cats on the table the other day - you must have taken a long time to make them. they are very good.
