We have a very healthy crop of silverbeet in our garden. We used a bunch of silverbeet last week to make cheese and silverbeet muffins. They were hot and steamy and scrumptious. Amelia wrote, "I bit into the muffin. Steam came bursting out. It was hot and tasty!" They wer perfect with a dollop of melting butter. YUM!!
