Green Island Landfill Trip




Room 10 and Room 2 went to the Landfill. It was not too stinky. We saw some books and toys. There was a big bulldozer that was so humungous. It was crunching up rubbish.
I wouldn't put batteries in a black plastic bag. At the end we held ketchup bottles. We had to decide which would be the best bottles to use. We chose the ones you could recycle. By Oliver

Oliver told us at home all about what we can take to the landfill and what NOT to take also - sounds like you children all learnt a great deal, and you can teach your parents like Oliver did! I am glad it wasn't too stinky for you :)
