Measuring with our feet



We are learning about measuring distance with Miss Little. Today we had a mini Olympics at maths time. With our partners, we had to estimate how far we could jump, and then we had to measure the distance using our feet. We have to make sure we measure heel to toe and don't have any gaps. Very good measuring Ramanaia and Britney.
Our homework this week is all about measuring things at home.

Wow Room 10 your measurement photos look great. I bet some of you could jump really far! I think the photo where Ramanaia is up in the air is fabulous
